SafePassage is operated by Compass frontier group ltd. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you enter into an agreement with Compass frontier group ltd and accept these terms.

1. Service and eligibility

SafePassage provides informational contract analysis, red-flag checks, scam screening, reports, migration guidance, and safety resources. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not legal or other regulated professional advice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority to bind any organisation you represent.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully; facilitate trafficking or exploitation; commit fraud, spam, or impersonation; infringe intellectual property; upload content without rights; distribute malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the Service; bypass limits; reverse engineer; resell; or redistribute it.

4. AI analysis and user content

You are responsible for prompts and documents you submit, confirming your rights to them, verifying outputs, and deciding how outputs are used. We may filter, refuse, restrict, or remove content and suspend repeated infringers. Rights-holders may contact us through account support with takedown requests.

5. Intellectual property

Compass frontier group ltd retains ownership of the Service, software, methodology, documentation, and branding. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Availability and warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

7. Payments and subscriptions

The $2 plan provides a 24-hour analysis window for permitted modules. The $4 subscription provides unlimited access to all modules for two years and renews every two years unless cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. After termination you may request an export within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, consequential, and special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. General and contact

You may not assign this agreement without consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Compass frontier group ltd is registered. Contact us through account support; billing enquiries are handled at paddle.net.
